JUNE/JULYSPEED AND AGILITY CAMP
GPS and M2 Sports Performance have teamed up!
Looking to improve your speed, agility, and change of direction ability on the football field? Look no further! GPS & M2 Sports Performance have designed an exclusive 6-week speed/agility camp just for you.
Performance testing will be conducted throughout the 6-week camp to show improvements/progress, including:
- 10 yd fly: to test top-end speed/max velocity capabilities
- 10 yd dash: to test start/acceleration abilities
- Pro Shuttle (5/10/5): to test change of direction ability
- Vertical Jump: to test maximal lower body vertical power
- Broad Jump: to test maximal lower body horizontal power
Each session will emphasize:
- 1st step quickness
- Linear speed development (including start, acceleration, and top end speed/max velocity)
- Change of direction ability
- Reactive agility
- Explosive power
- Football-specific conditioning
Laser timing will be used to measure kids.
Friday Starting June 16th - July 28th
Starting at 5:45pm-6:45pm
Limited to 50 athletes per age group.
